Yet, organizations don’t stay immune to the impact of such tech-enabled, social life forms as communities of practice, knowledge networks, professional learning communities, open source innovation, innovation communities, etc…  In fact, visionary leaders sponsor them.

To jump-start and sustain a vortex of innovation, we need to bring our attention and intention to all the 5 parts of the propeller. Together, they represent the essence of the "CommunityIntelligence Innovation Architecture." Its power to enable extraordinary results reveals itself only when all of its parts are engaged.

What is at the source of why CommunityIntelligence came into being is to contribute to conscious, intentional evolution by augmenting the collective intelligence and wisdom of people, organisations, and society.

We believe a better world is not only possible but in need of our wise action, today. We envision a world in which domination has been replaced by partnering as the mainstream way of organising, and organisations are responsible to the whole – not only to their members and stakeholders, but also to society, the biosphere and future generations.
